Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about renovation and fit-out work with Fluxion sp. z o.o. For a question about your own project, email Fluxion@onet.eu with a short description of the property and the work you have in mind.
What types of projects do you take on?
We focus on interior renovation and fit-out for flats, houses, and office spaces—typically involving layout changes, building services, and finishing work. The exact scope is agreed in writing after we understand the site and your brief.
Do you work only in Warsaw?
Our company is based in Warsaw. We carry out work where it is practical for the project size and logistics; many engagements are in the Warsaw area and more widely across Poland when the scope makes sense. Mention the location in your first message so we can confirm feasibility.
How do I start an enquiry?
Send an email to Fluxion@onet.eu. Include the type of property, approximate location, which rooms or zones you want to change, and any timing constraints. That gives us enough context for an initial reply and, if appropriate, next steps such as a site visit or a more detailed discussion.
What happens before work on site begins?
Usually there is a clarification of the scope, sometimes a visit to the property, and then a proposal that reflects the agreed work, phasing, and commercial terms. Work on site starts after the scope and conditions are accepted, so everyone works to the same baseline.
Can I live or work in the space during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. Light work may allow partial occupancy; larger strip-out or wet-room work often needs sections of the property cleared for safety and sequencing. We discuss this when defining the programme so you can plan around it.
How long does a renovation take?
Duration depends on size, complexity, lead times for materials, and access rules in multi-unit buildings. A clear scope and agreed programme help keep timing predictable; we outline realistic stages in the proposal rather than a single generic number of weeks.
Who supplies materials and fixtures?
That is agreed per project. Some clients prefer to choose finishes and supply items themselves; others want selections coordinated through the project. The proposal should state what is included and who orders what, so there are no gaps at installation.
How do you handle noise, neighbours, and building rules?
We aim to respect local hours, shared corridors, and any landlord or community rules that apply. Access, protection of common areas, and debris removal are coordinated as part of mobilisation so rough work can proceed in an orderly way.
Where can I read about personal data and website use?
Our Privacy policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website and enquiries. The Terms of use describe rules for using the site itself.
